Zhang lihong graduated from beijing normal university in1988,received  bachelor of science,and graduated from east china normal university in1994,received master’s degree of philosophy. 

Since 1994 Mr Zhang is a teacher of school of politics and public administration,south china normal university.He teaches courses such as linear algebra,probability theory,game theory.His study fields includes decision theory ,game theory ,mechanism design.
